The Sigma master clock configuration software manages the bell system: it allows programming, activation and deactivation of bells. It can also be used to automatically switch to standby mode the start and end of class bells on weekends and school holidays as well as to broadcast specific bells during exam periods or special events.

The Harmonys range of audio systems allows broadcasting jingles instead of traditional, often strident bells, as well as alert messages, targeted or general announcements. The bells can be customised: it is possible to choose a melody among those provided by Bodet Time or to download music in MP3 format and play it on Harmonys speakers for indoor or outdoor use.
With its system of capacitive touch screen buttons, the Harmonys Microphone Multizone allows making more specific announcements. It offers the possibility to pre-record voice messages to be broadcast live or on a delayed basis as well as to pre-define broadcast zones. As the microphone’s directory can store up to 500 different numbers, it is now possible to leave a message to a group of students or a specific person according to the chosen zones (buildings or rooms). Whatever the type of information to be broadcast, it will reach the right person.
Alerting and securing all students and teachers in the event of dangers
Meeting the requirements of lockdown and bomb alerts, the Harmonys audio range includes indoor and outdoor speakers for broadcasting voice alerts and bells as well as indoor and outdoor LED luminous flashes for broadcasting visual alerts. Bodet Time also offers a Lora remote control and an IP button box to quickly and remotely trigger lockdown, intrusion, and attack alerts. These alerts will be broadcast on Harmonys speakers.
As core product of the Harmonys range to trigger alerts, Harmonys Trio is a 3-in-1 product which can be used to display an accurate time, broadcast text and voice messages as well as silent alerts in the event of a threat. It includes a speaker, a flash and a LED display.

In the event of an epidemic, strict health measures must be observed to protect the health of students, teachers, and other people present within the facility. Voice messages are broadcast to remind people to observe barrier gestures: wash hands regularly, respect social distancing, wear a mask, and so on.
